Wrapping up the Stadium Series game about four days after the fact because I’ve been out of town so excuse the tardiness of this post. With that in mind, here’s a video synopsis of what I saw for about four hours last Saturday.

Once again, a big thanks to the folks at Can-Am Spyder who provided us with some great seats from which to view the game. It may have been one giant snow globe, and as someone who was complaining about weather before going to the game, I have to admit that it was kinda cool. At least up until the point where I couldn’t feel my legs and feet.

We again encourage you to visit the Can-Am Spyder wesbite to check out some of their products because with what’s happening at this crazy trade deadline the Hawks need the salary cap to go as high as it can next season so we can make sure Bollig gets his $1.25M to buy a vat of Drakkar. If you want to test drive a Can-Am Spyder and learn more about its three-wheel stance and seven automotive technologies, find your local dealerships here. You can also learn more about Can-Am Spyder visit them on Facebook and TwitterBRP and Can-Am Spyder are official partners of the NHL and throughout the season are bringing special experiences to the Coors Light NHL Stadium Series outdoor games and the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Nakis and I will be doing a podcast this weekend on either Saturday or Sunday where we’re sure to touch on the Stadium Series game, mostly the trade deadline because holy hell was there a flurry of action and how the Blackhawks shape up with just 20 games left in the season. It seemed like every five minutes I was getting a text from either Jim or Jeff telling me about a trade that had transpired. I’m assuming Mike or Jim will do some work recapping that action in a post. You’ll have to excuse our laziness around here lately. The Olympic break really threw us off and with some conflicts in our lives outside of hockey we’ve been slow to get going on the content again.

There should be a recap of the Jackets game tomorrow as well as the Buffalo game on Sunday. We’ll get the podcast in the can on Saturday and have that up so you’ve got something to listen to on Monday at work.
