Jannik Hansen getting only one game for a deliberate elbow to the back of Marian Hossa’s head is unbelievably pathetic, especially given the penalties he’s handed out. How Hansen’s actions are somehow viewed as less threatening than what Duncan Keith got a whopping five games for last season when he hit Daniel Sedin is absolutely amazing to me.

Let’s just hope Hossa is OK.
