Hey Canuck - nice addition. I guess you have more reading time since you and your green tights are now restricted by the NHL?
Big Canucks fan here. I starting reading your blog this fall and really love the boxing section. My hate of the Hawks was compounded this playoffs but my love and fear of Sharpie grew and grew. He is an amazing player and a class act, sure to play on Team Canada in 2014. I'm sure he would love to have a second chance on that shot he let rip during the Burrows penalty in OT. People say Luongo made a great save, but 9 times out of 10 Sharp puts that in the top corner. Luongo (and the city of Vancouver) benefited when Sharp missed the corner with the puck bouncing safely off Roberto's head. I always thought he was American probably due to his rugged good looks. If the Hawks don't pay this guy, someone else will. Probably the only Hawk that Vancouver fans wouldn't mind seeing in the Green and Blue. Thanks for the blog and for the series. This 2nd round is boring the hell out of me. Vancouver vs. Rinne is just not the same as good old Canucks Hawks. How bout the Hawks do a bit better during the regular season so we can meet in the conference finals next year? Easily the best rivalry in Hockey right now.
