The Daily Esposito (12-18-10)
6 Former Featherheads took the ice last night and there was only one point scored which was a goal. Small bit on how a former hawk who never skated with the Indian head on his jersey is putting together a decent season.

Patrick Lalime – Buffalo
No Decision, 14 Saves on 16 Shots, .875 SV%
Came in Relief of Ryan Miller who gave up 4 goals on 10 Shots and got his 9th loss of the year. In the Game, something worth mentioning is that ex-hawk, for a month this summer, Marty Reasoner scored 2 goals in the game which were his 5th and 6th of the season and he also has 8 assists with a Plus 7 rating on the season as well. Where as Jeff Taffe who he was traded for, hasn’t even seen the ice as a Hawk this season, and hopefully won’t.
Dan Cleary – Detroit
15:50 TOI, Minus 1, 3 Shots
Great to see that the Hawks held him and all the other old farts on the team down in the game. The Hawks Defense looked stronger than I think I’ve seen them all season, which is a good sign.
Steve Sullivan – Nashville
15:50 TOI, 1 Goal (9) Plus 1, 1 Shot
The Preds have Quietly went 8-0-1 in their last 9 games… AND have a 8-1-5 Record at home… AND sit in 4th in the Western Conference with 40 Points.
J.P. Dumont – Nashville
12:51 TOI, 1 Shot
Craig Anderson – Colorado
Win (9), 24 Saves on 29 Shots, .828 SV%
6-0-2 in his last 8 decisions… ON FIRE!
David Koci – Colorado
2:16 TOI, Minus 1
In his last two games he has a combined 3 minutes and 16 seconds of ice time…
